Presented by the Council of Senior Citizens' Organization of BC (COSCO) Walking can have many benefits for older adults, however there is also a need to understand its potential hazards and necessary precautions to take.   In addition to tips for pedestrian safety, this workshop will also discuss the use of public transit and improving safety in the community.
