Learn how to manage your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels through what you eat and drink. Find out which foods to limit and which foods to eat more of. Gain experience reading nutrition fact tables and leave the session with resources to take home!

Megan Wong is a registered dietitian who studied at the University of British Columbia and has experience in clinical, community, and long-term care settings. With a passion for helping others and a heart for education, Megan strives to work with others to achieve their nutritional goals. Megan focuses on providing practical tips that are realistic and achievable for individuals and aims to ensure that clients understand the ‘why’ behind any information shared. In her spare time, she enjoys creating her own recipes, playing board games, and being active.
