The Healthy Aging Study investigates exceptionally healthy elderly individuals we call ‘Super-Seniors’, to gain insight into how genetics and other factors influence healthy aging. Super-Seniors are individuals 85 years old or older who have never been diagnosed with cancer, cardiovascular disease, major pulmonary disease, diabetes or dementia. The study now includes 700 Super-Seniors, and continues to welcome new participants from across Canada. The presentation will cover aspects of the lifestyles and genetics of the Super-Seniors.
Join us for this engaging presentation. Pre-registration is required by January 13th to 604.240.8550. No charge to attend.
